Kentucky approves sports betting operators with temporary license

Kentucky has temporarily approved sports betting operators to offer their services. The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission recently offered temporary licenses to operators.

License holders can now offer sports betting services for up to a year. During this period, the commission will keep everything under review while making a final call on the matter. The announcement came with different locations where betting enthusiasts will be able to place wagers.

The activity will open from September 7, and users will have to visit in person to place wagers. Some of the mobile operators have even launched pre-registration for accounts. 

Given the popularity of sports betting in the region, the news was welcoming for many enthusiasts. That is why Kentucky sports betting authorities have released a complete list of sports betting license holders, along with their partners and launch dates.
