Samuel Laskowitz Wins The Return – A Borgata Championship Event
Atlantic City recently concluded The Return – A Borgata Championship Event. The $2,670,340 event even offered a $2,200 Mystery Bounty Event, enticing 1,361 participants.
The second day of the event ended with a unique finish after an hour of deliberations. During the final hour, the remaining nine players struck a deal, including bounties.
At the end, it was Samuel Laskowitz who stood at the top after 17 hours of gameplay. The player from New York scored a massive 146,609 dollars in prize money. Samuel entered the final table with a minor lead, providing the player with a profitable ICM deal. This was Samuel’s second-biggest career win, as the player won 250,000 dollars back in June 2022.
Anthony Maio closely followed Samuel in chips, winning 142,054 dollars. The win added to Anthony’s million-dollar career earnings. Ryan Eriquezzo was placed in the third spot, winning 132,093 dollars.
