WSOP Circuit schedule: 18th stops around the world in the 20th season!

The announcement of the Season 20 schedule has left the poker fraternity eagerly anticipating the 2024–2025 World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC). The Choctaw Casino Resort in Durant, Oklahoma will host the thrilling round on July 17, immediately following the conclusion of the WSOP Main Event. In October, the resort will also host another round of the circuit, significantly contributing to the choices for poker players.

There are 18 events total on the upcoming circuit schedule for 2024, 13 of which will take place in the US and five abroad. These events will take place in eight US states and five different countries. One notable location is Harrah’s Cherokee in North Carolina, which hosts two tournaments in August and November, making it a two-stop tournament schedule along with the Choctaw. 

Fans can anticipate action-packed tournaments at the Isle of Capri in Pompano Beach, Florida (October 10-21), Horseshoe Council Bluffs in Council Bluffs, Iowa (August 5-16), and Commerce Casino in Los Angeles, California (November 14-25). This serves as evidence of WSOPC’s dedication to providing the highest quality poker entertainment to a worldwide audience.

The 2023–2024 WSOPC season concluded at the Commerce Casino with a thrilling $1 million freeroll Tournament of Champions. Dong Meng dominated the final table and won the event, earning him $200,000 and the first of 2024 WSOP gold bracelets. This event has a lot of relevance in WSOP history and is making people and fans wait for more. 

As the full schedules are yet to be released in the subsequent weeks, fans can anticipate approximately twelve gold ring events at each location, a $1,700 Main Event, and more. The main events at the different stops will also have different buy-ins, adding spice to this season.

In addition to the live events, the WSOPC will also constantly engage its online viewership. The WSOPC plans to host monthly Circuit tournaments on their online platform, and they will announce the details each month. The combination of both online and live events is part of WSOPC’s strategy to cultivate an engaged and diverse poker community. In this way, players from various parts of the world can participate in the event and either travel to physical locations or play online from their preferred places.
